As I approach the serious business of analyzing the Katy I.S.D. capital improvement program that will be supported if passed by voters at the impending November bond election, I admit to a certain awe about the analytical prowess that eminates from the district’s “Center of Truth” administration.

During the recent convocation address of KISD Supt. Alton Frailey, he dramatically demonstrated his ability to bring the disparate operational realities of a big public school district like Katy and a top American university like UT Austin into a “Center of Truth” context for us all to gain a better understanding of the scope of the burden that the man carries for us all.

When you are listening to an address from Frailey’s “Center of Truth,” there’s nothing really left for mere mortals to say. I guess we really better pass a bloated bond issue so we can keep up with UT Austin. So, That’s George Scott Reports reporting from as close to the “Center of Truth” as a mere mortal can come.
